French Pastries

Date: 1st October 2017 (Sunday)

Time: 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm

Location: Taman Gembira, KL

You will learn the following:

– French croissant and danish pastries

– Flaky outside and soft interior

– Made with pure butter and a handful of natural / easy to get ingredients

– Home and hand-made, complete in 3 hours with our easy step-by-step method

Chocolate Desserts

Date: 6th October 2017 (Friday)

Time: 1:00 pm – 3:30 pm

Location: Taman Gembira, KL

You will learn the following:

– 2 favourite combo in 1 class

– Dark chocolate brownies and chocolate chip swirl cookies

– Tasty and less sweet, don’t miss!

Fruit Cake & Butter Cake

Date: 7th October 2017 (Saturday)

Time: 1:00 pm – 3:30 pm

Location: Taman Gembira, KL

You will learn the following:

– Let’s bake 2 all-time favourites that caters for any occasions. Great for Christmas too!

– Our version of fruit cake is halal. However, we will share in class how to add on alcohol at home and for Muslims: the best substitute for alcohol.

Classic French Macarons

Date: 8th October 2017 (Sunday)

Time: 1:00 pm – 3:30 pm

You will learn the following:

– Learn our classic recipe: pure Belgium chocolate macarons that doesn’t use colouring

– Also learn other flavours that can be made without colouring (i.e. matcha, coffee, etc)

– These are less sweet and delicious with chocolate ganache filling

Royal Icing Decorating

Date: 19th October 2017 (Thursday)

Time: 1:00 pm – 3:30 pm

Location: Taman Gembira, KL

You will learn the following:

– Learn to make a plain cookie into one that is extraordinary! Can be applied onto cupcakes and cakes too

– In class, you will practice both border, lettering and flooding; on prepared cookies

– You will also learn to to make homemade royal icing and tint into colours

– Best is this homemade icing will dry in 10-15 after decorating!

Frosting For All Desserts

Date: 20th October 2017 (Friday)

You will learn to following:

– These frostings are perfect as toppings and fillings for almost all cakes, cupcakes, cookies, macarons and tarts

– Learn 4 types: Lemon curd, homemade custard, cream cheese, chocolate ganache

Decorating With Fondant

Date: 21st October 2017 (Saturday)

Time: 1:00 pm – 3:30 pm

– We eat with our eyes first

– Learn to handmould characters using edible fondant

– Teddy bear, roses, ducklings, food items, etc

– You can use these to decorate any cakes, cupcakes, cookies, macarons, etc

Sponge Cakes

Date: 22nd October 2017 (Sunday)

Time: 1:00 pm – 3:30 pm

– Learn to make light sponge cake layers, both vanilla and chocolate

– Then assemble them with fresh cream to make Sponge Layered Fruit Cake and Black Forest Cake

– Students will bring home individual portions in pretty see-thru containers
