French Pastries

Date: 1st April 2018 (Sunday)

Time: 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm

Location: Taman Gembira, KL

French croissant and danish pastries.

Flaky outside and soft interior.

Made with pure butter and a handful of natural / easy to get ingredients.

Home and hand-made, complete in 3 hours with our easy step-by-step method.

Fee: RM180.00


Roti Boy & Potato Buns

Date: 6th April 2018 (Friday)

Time: 1:00 pm – 3:30 pm

Location: Taman Gembira, KL

Roti boy (using pure coffee) and fresh potato buns. No preservatives at all.

Cake + Cookies +Muffins

Date: 7th April 2018 (Saturday)

Time: 1:00 pm – 3:30 pm

Location: Taman Gembira, KL

Perfect combo for any celebrations, tea party or just as snacks!

Classic butter cake, moist pecan/pistachios vanilla muffins, pure butter shortbread cookies.

Fondant Decorating

Date: 8th April 2018 (Sunday)

Time: 1:00 pm – 3:30 pm

Location: Taman Gembira, KL

We eat with our eyes first.

Learn to handmould characters using edible fondant.

Teddy bear, roses, ducklings, food items, etc (7 designs).

You can use these to decorate any cakes, cupcakes, cookies, macarons, etc.

Tiramisu Sponge Cake

Date: 13th April 2018 (Friday)

Time: 1:00 pm – 3:30 pm

Location: Taman Gembira, KL

Make soft sponge cake using a handful of natural ingredients. Make tiramisu cream cheese layers. Make coffee mixture.

Assemble them all to create a classy layered tiramisu! We will make into transparent cups in class to bring home. The same recipe is used to make whole cake at home.

Classic Macarons

Date: 14th April 2018 (Saturday)

Time: 1:00 am – 3:30 pm

Location: Taman Gembira, KL

Learn our italian & french combined method macaron recipe.

Recipes given for both natural (no colouring) and with colouring. We will make pure chocolate flavour in class.

With our easy to follow step by step method, you can now bake your own macarons at home!

Swiss Rolls

Date: 15th April 2018 (Sunday)

Time: 1:00 pm – 3:30 pm

Our recipe for swiss roll is one that is easy to roll. Made with natural ingredients. Both adults and children will love these soft rolled cakes. Healthy dessert too!

Learn to bake 2 classic flavours: chocolate and vanilla. Learn to beat egg whites the correct way. Fill with fresh cream swiss rolls.

Buttercream Cupcakes

Bake classic vanilla cupcakes. Learn to also make homemade buttercream frosting.

Colour the frosting. Learn to make simple swirls on the cupcakes.

Simple and pretty, perfect for any parties!

Best Homemade Breads

Make fresh breads with no added preservatives. All natural and delicious!

New York Cheesecake

Fondant Cake: Bake & Decorate

Date: 28th April 2018 (Saturday)

Time: 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm

Location: Taman Gembira, KL

2-1 class that will equip you to make your own birthday cakes for your loved ones!

Bake your own individual tender vanilla cake. Then cover the cake with fondant. Also handmould teddy bears and roses to decorate your own individual cake to bring home.

Royal Icing Decorating

Date: 29th April 2018 (Sunday)

Time: 11:00 am – 1:30 pm

Location: Taman Gembira, KL

You will learn to make homemade royal icing (recipe included) and tint into colours. You will then practice both border, lettering and flooding; on prepared cookies. This homemade icing will dry in 10-15 after decorating!

Can be used to decorate cupcakes, macarons and cakes too.

Red Velvet Cake + Cream Cheese Frosting

Red Velvet

Date: 30th March 2018 (Friday)

Time: 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm

Learn to bake your individual red velvet cake (recipe included).

Then learn to make cream cheese frosting (recipe included).

Then coat the cake with homemade cream cheese frosting.

This cake has been everyone’s all time favourite and you can now make your own!
